Support Network for Orphanages

Currently in Morelos, CDMX, Estado de México and Querétaro, Mexico

Little Miracles

Pequeños Milagros (Little Miracles) is a support network for private non-profit organizations who offer a home, an education and life training to boys, girls, adolescents, and people with disabilities of all ages, the majority of whom have suffered from situations of abuse, severe neglect and abandonment.

It was founded in 2022 by the Tashirat Orphanage in Tepoztlán, Morelos, Mexico.

Most of the minors who reside in the homes are no longer eligible for adoption, nor are they able to reintegrate with their biological families. Therefore, their foster home becomes their only home until they reach adulthood. For those with disabilities which prevent them from living independently, the foster home and their caretakers really become their home and family for life.

Mission

To support small organizations that are struggling to find the resources and the support they need to continue to serve the children and adults who need their care.

What we do is:

  • Link those who have a desire to help with the homes where the support they have to offer is most needed.
  • Facilitate the sharing of donations, experience, tools, support networks and volunteers between the homes.
  • Promote the growth, progress, development and professionalization of each home, always respecting its individuality and needs.

What homes do we currently help?

The homes that belong to Pequeños Milagros network are currently located in Morelos state, Mexico City, Estado de Mexico state and Querétaro state.
